Posted the video for White Winter Hymnal last August, but I suppose I didn't have the album art loaded into iTunes then. It's a detail from the wickedly clever 1559 painting Netherlandish Proverbs by Pieter Bruegel the Elder, in which Bruegel portrays Flemish proverbs of the day literally.
