Carin Wester's Spring 2010 collection (tastefully) celebrates frolicking in one's underthings- provided the summer is hot enough for such shenanigans next year. Perhaps that rollicking spirit isn't as successful in the menswear pieces, but the women's pieces exude an enviably effortless cool.
